Last updated: May 19, 2026

Use of tools

You may use PDFPixel for lawful personal, educational, and business file preparation tasks. Only process files you own, created yourself, or have permission to modify, convert, compress, resize, download, and share.

Prohibited material and misuse

Do not use PDFPixel to process, prepare, distribute, or disguise material that is illegal, harmful, abusive, malware-related, infringing, or intended to violate someone else's rights.

  • Do not process copyrighted files unless you own the rights or have permission from the rights holder.
  • Do not process files that contain malware, phishing material, exploit instructions, or harmful code.
  • Do not use the tools for fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, or unlawful surveillance.
  • Do not process illegal sexual content, including any illegal adult material or content involving minors.
  • Do not use PDFPixel to remove context, hide attribution, or create misleading versions of someone else's work.

These rules are meant to keep a practical file utility safe and respectful. Normal use, such as preparing your own forms, receipts, school files, business documents, photos, and web images, is welcome.

Publisher and contact

PDFPixel is published and operated by Zain Haidar from Austria. For tool support, legal notices, copyright concerns, corrections, privacy requests, or questions about these terms, email hello@pdfpixel.dev.

Your responsibility

  • Only upload files you have the right to process.
  • Keep backups of important originals before converting or compressing.
  • Review the final file before sharing, printing, submitting, or publishing it.
  • Check any size, format, or quality rules from the receiving organization.

No guarantee of perfect results

Online conversion can change layout, quality, metadata, links, selectable text, accessibility tags, or color appearance. PDFPixel provides tools on an as-is basis and does not guarantee that every output will match the original file or meet a specific filing requirement.

Availability and changes

We may update tools, content, limits, supported formats, or page layouts to improve reliability and usability. Some features may depend on browser support, file size, file structure, or third-party libraries.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFPixel is not liable for lost files, rejected submissions, data loss, business interruption, indirect damages, or decisions made based on tool output. If a file is critical, use professional software or the receiving organization official workflow.
